MyMD+Pharmaceuticals%2C+Inc.® (Nasdaq: MYMD) (“MyMD” or “the Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing groundbreaking therapies for the treatment of serious and debilitating autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, today announced that it has executed a securities purchase agreement to raise gross proceeds of approximately $15 million in a registered direct offering of convertible preferred stock and warrants with certain accredited and institutional investors. The offering is expected to close on February 23, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
