BEDFORD, NS / ACCESSWIRE / February 27, 2023 / (TSXV:SSE, Financial) Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (the "Company") further announced today a correction to its private placement news release of up to 66,666,667 units at a price of $0.015 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. The amount shown in the previous news release title was incorrect. Also, each unit will consist of one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years from the closing of the private placement.
