And thank you for your continued investment in our company. Now I'll call this meeting to order. In a few minutes, our CEO and fellow Board member, Sean Connolly, will share highlights of Conagra's most recent fiscal year 2019.
Fiscal 2019 was a truly a transformational year for our company. Completing the acquisition of Pinnacle Foods and welcoming iconic brands such as Birds Eye, Duncan Hines, Wish-Bone and Gardein to our portfolio which is one of our significant accomplishments from these last 12 months. I'm also pleased to highlight our continued commitment to ongoing Board refreshment. Our Board's average tenure has declined from more than 9 years, 5 years ago, to just over 6.5 years today.
In fiscal 2019, we added 3 exceptional, diverse directors who have the requisite capabilities and experiences to ensure that the Board performs at its highest level.
