Good morning, and welcome to our Annual Shareholders' Meeting. It's hard to believe a year has passed since we held our last meeting in-person in Raleigh-Durham. And as you recall, there was already growing concern about a virus that was just starting to spread across the globe. Now with more than 500,000 American lives lost due to COVID-19 and over 2 million deaths worldwide, we grieve and also share in the concern for those who are ill or struggling in other ways as a result of the pandemic.
Fortunately, there is good reason to be hopeful with the ongoing distribution of vaccines. And like all of you, we look forward to better days ahead. For a company like ours that thrives on entertainment and generating happiness, it has been a very trying year. In fact, I think it's fair to say that this has been the most challenging year we've had
