Good afternoon. Wow, that's loud. Well, maybe it's me. I'll step back. Thank you for coming today. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the CarMax 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Eric Margolin, company's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. And at the Chair's request, I now officially call the meeting to order.
With me on the stage to my far right is Bill Nash, President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. To my immediate right is Tom Folliard, a nonexecutive Chair of the Board of Directors.
