Thank you, and good morning or if you're not in North America, good afternoon or evening to everyone. I'm pleased to welcome you to the 2021 Mondelez International Annual Shareholders Meeting. And joining me today are the Mondelez International Board of Directors, who I will introduce to you later on and our management team. Last year was our first virtual meeting due to the global pandemic. And unfortunately, COVID-19 continues to significantly impact many markets around the world. I hope wherever you are, you are safe and well, and we appreciate you joining us today. I would like to begin today's meeting with a heartfelt thank you to all my Mondelez international colleagues around the world for everything we have accomplished together in 2020. It was a successful year for the company, marked by strong performance in a challenging environment.
