Good morning, and welcome to the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Nordson Corporation. I am Sundaram Nagarajan, President and CEO. Joining us today are Michael Merriman, Chair of Nordson Corporation's Board of Directors; and Gina Beredo, General Counsel and Secretary of the company and who will serve as the secretary of the meeting.

We are pleased to host our first virtual meeting. I extend a special welcome to our shareholders who have joined us today.

Now I'll turn the meeting over to the Chair of the Board, Mike Merriman.
