Good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining us, this rainy Friday. Just want to run through a couple of particulars before we get started. If you haven't noticed, the bathrooms are out on the left. There's water and pens in the back here if you need any pens and pads. There'll be an itinerary that'll kind of run from around 8:15, we're kicking off now.
