Yes, sure. So obviously, we got this complaint from the SEC yesterday, and it was not unexpected. We've gotten the Wells Notice before that. And actually, for the last year or so, we've been in dialogue with the SEC about our business, and they asked us to come in and answer a bunch of questions.
