Good afternoon. My name is Rick McTaggart. I'm the President and Chief Executive Officer of Consolidated Water, and I will act as the chair of this annual general meeting. It's my pleasure to welcome you all here today. Will Pergande, our Chairman of the Board, offers his apologies and is unable to attend today's meeting because of a death in his family. So our thoughts are with Will today.
I'd like to start the meeting -- the 2021 Annual General Meeting by thanking you, our shareholders, for your ongoing support and commitment to the company. Similar to last year, we are holding this meeting virtually so we can continue to do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.
