Good morning, and thank you for being on the call. This morning, I'm again joined by our CFO, John McCaffery. I'd like to cover our quarterly performance, share some business updates and discuss the status of our planned Q1 merger with Dime Community.
We saw a lot of positive momentum in the third quarter, with net income inclusive of merger expenses of $13.3 million or EPS of $0.66 per share. When cost associated with the merger is excluded, our adjusted net income was $15.4 million or EPS of $0.77 per share.
