Good morning, all, and thanks for joining us. There are 2 things that will drive the success for what we think of as the new Frontier, one, is deploying 5 million out of 10 million to 12 million locations on time and on budget. And number 2, is driving penetration of those locations to 40-plus percent with ARPUs that are high enough to deliver attractive returns. Veronica Bloodworth, is responsible for number 1, and she spoke at our Fiber conference in March. John Harrobin is responsible for number 2, and we're delighted to have John with us today.
