I want to start with some bigger-picture questions, Ron. I know it's somewhat ancient history at this point. But hopefully, the history will shed some light on what the future may hold. Why did you decide to combine with Liberty back in the 2017, 2018 time frame?

I think the principal reason is it's hard to turn down a transaction with John Malone. We have been in this business a long time. I think you know that we originally started out as a wholly owned subsidiary of TCI, and we went public as a spinout from TCI back in 1986.
