Unidentified ParticipantYes, usually I spend the end of the session on the balance sheet and the cash flow statements. But it feels like given the news on the convert, that would probably be a good place to start. I think that was something that was a focus for a lot of investors. So Tom, can you just maybe talk about the financing -- you refinance the converts that were due in March of '25, now working with a maturity date that September of '26. Can you talk about the rate? Can you talk about any things that are attached
