Hi, this is Bill Jones, Investor Relations. Thank you and good morning.

Mike Altschaefl, Orion's CEO and Board Chair, will open today's call with an overview of Orion's results and strategy. Mike Jenkins, Orion's COO, will then provide more perspective on the business including sales and operations. Per Brodin, Orion's CFO will review the company's financial position and financial results. Mike Altschaefl will then conclude with an overview over Orion's outlook for the year and the CEO transition plan announced today. We will then open the call to your questions.
