All right. Good morning, everybody, and thank you so much for joining us for this opening session of day 2 of Deutsche Bank's Global Automotive Conference. I'm Emmanuel Rosner and I'm the lead U.S. autos and auto technology analyst here at Deutsche Bank. It is my pleasure to welcome you here in this beautiful, brand-new Deutsche Bank Center to bring this conference back in person. And we're extremely pleased to start today with the team of Dana.

Dana, as you all know, is a leading supplier of axles, driveshafts with diversified exposure across many different end markets, light vehicle, commercial vehicle, off-highway. Dana also has been able to demonstrate some very strong traction with vehicle electrification across end markets and in commercial vehicle in particular.
