Welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Despegar.com Corp. In accordance with article 15.1 of the company's article of association, I have been appointed as Chairman of the meeting, and [Donbowski Anita Ascuria], representative of our Corporate Secretary and the company's [VBI] legal counsel, who are also attending the meeting, will take the minutes of the meeting.
