All right. I think we are back, so we'll move into the next session here. I have Max Simkoff from Doma Insurance. I know a lot of people in the audience are probably fairly familiar already with Doma, just given it has gone public.
But Max, I figured it's probably still a good idea to start with maybe just the background of Doma, the solutions you guys are bringing to market, maybe like the brief history of the company kind of thing.

I don't even know if we're an insurtech as the kind of traditional characterization is because, as some of you may know, we operate in the title insurance world. And a lot of the reason we started this business is because title insurance, it could be debated as to whether it's actually insurance at all, given that it has close to a 0% loss ratio, which is part of why we like the market.
