Thank you. Good morning. I'm Bill Greehey, Chairman of NuStar, and I'd like to welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Unitholders of NuStar Energy L.P. This year, we are obviously conducting our annual meeting virtually via webcast due to health concerns related to the coronavirus pandemic. While we are disappointed that we could not have our traditional meeting with all of you at our headquarters, we are happy that you could join us, and we thank you for your support in these unusual times.
