Ladies and gentlemen, good morning. My name is Donald McGauchie as Chairman of the company. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to AACo's 2023 Annual General Meeting. As is now past 10 a.m., and I've been advised that the quorum is present, I declare this Annual General Meeting of shareholders open.
