So we're good to go, Chad? All right. Well, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. For those of you that don't know me, my name is Keith Spence, and I'm the Chair of Base Resources. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting. This is the first time the Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting. So we're having it both here in the Kimberley Room at the Australian Institute of Management in Western Australia and online via the Lumi software platform. The Lumi software platform allows shareholders, proxyholders and guests to watch a live webcast of the meeting, to ask questions. And in the case of shareholders and proxyholders, they can vote online as well.
There can be a small transmission delay for the live webcast to those joining the meeting online via the Lumi platform. And so for this reason, there will be some slightly longer than normal pauses in the meeting to allow people online to have the appropriate opportunity to participate.
