Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to officially call the meeting to order and welcome all of you to our reconvened annual meeting of shareholders, which was adjourned on May 4, 2022 for lack of quorum. I'm Gerri Henwood, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will be presiding at this meeting. This year, we're holding our annual meeting in an all virtual format. We're striving to make the meeting as accessible as possible by offering our shareholders the same opportunities to participate as would be available in an in-person meeting.
