Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'd like to officially call the meeting to order and welcome all of you to the Special Meeting of Shareholders of Baudax Bio, Inc. I'm Gerri Henwood, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will be presiding at the meeting.
Before proceeding to the business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce our directors and members of our management. In addition to myself, the following members of the Board of Directors are present in person or by telephone: Wayne Weisman, Chairman of the Board of Directors; William Ashton, Chair of the Compensation Committee; Andrew Drechsler, Chair of the Audit Committee; Dr. Arnold Baskies; Winston Churchill, Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee; and Dr. Yong Chan Kim.
In addition, Natalie McAndrew, our interim Chief Financial Officer, is also present. We will conduct the business of the special meeting first and upon adjournment, members of management will be available to answer questions.
