Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Michael Alscher, and I'm the Chairman of Cardno Limited. On behalf of the Board and staff of Cardno, I welcome all our shareholders who have made time to attend today's Extraordinary General Meeting. In the spirit of reconciliation, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
