I think we'll get going. Good morning, and welcome to the 2023 RBC Capital Markets Healthcare Conference. My name is Doug Miehm, I'm one of the company's international healthcare analysts with a focus in Canada right now. And it's our pleasure to host the dentalcorp, Canada's premier and largest dental company.

Today, we have couple of individuals from the management team, including Graham Rosenberg who is the CEO; and also, Nate Tchaplia who is the CFO. I'm going to let you talk a little bit just to introduce the company, and then we'll get into some Q&A, if that's okay.
