Thank you very much. And welcome to everyone for today's FY '20 half year presentation. So if the dream is to live in interesting times, we're all living the dream. And I think the major difference between what's been happening in Metropolitan Australia and cities around the world and what's been happening in regional rural Australia, I think, is clear as we go through the presentation.
