So good morning, everyone, and welcome to Elisa's 2023 Capital Markets Day. I'm Vesa Sahivirta, Head of Investor Relations. And today, also with me is Kati Norppa for Investor Relations and Group Treasurer, Juha Kervinen, and we are also available for discussions with you during the day.

We have five presentations today. So let's take a look on the agenda. We start with the group presentation followed by consumer customers presentation. After a short break, we continue with corporate customers, international digital services and financial presentations. After each presentation, we have approximately 10 minutes for Q&A.
