Okay. Hello, everyone, and welcome to Galaxy Next Generation. And my name is Magen McGahee; I'm the Chief Financial Officer for the company and co-founder.
A little bit about company here -- we are an OTCQB company; GAXY is our ticker. Very fair structure -- about 21 million shares outstanding; currently doing a run rate of $1 million in revenue, with a $1.4 million market cap.
Share price has been teetering somewhere between $0.06 and $0.08. And we are [headquartered] about an hour north of Atlanta and Toccoa, Georgia, with our fiscal year end being June 30.
Who are we? What do we do? And how do we do it?
Right, so we're an ed tech company. We manufacture both hardware and software for the school environment, mostly the K-12, but do also sell into higher ed and some corporate entities.
