Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to our 18th AGM. My name is Jaap Huijskes, and I'm your Chairman. To start off with some housekeeping rules, thank you for attending the AGM today, following the first two AGMs in 2020 and 2021, we've decided to continue with this format to make attendance easier for our shareholders who are located in different countries around the world and to help reduce the cost associated with this meeting. I'm chairing this meeting from a studio in Geneva.
