Ladies and gentlemen, some of our key HHLA figures were published 6 weeks ago and still you have dialed into our call today. So thank you very much for your honest interest in our company.
To start with, I would like to remind you of the main achievements of 2018. Most importantly, we delivered on our promises. The business environment weakened, especially in the second half, but we increased revenue and EBIT. Roland will comment on the numbers a little later. We were active on the acquisition side. HHLA TK Estonia has been integrated into our group and already contributed to the full year results. We took over the remaining stake of 10% in Metrans, leading to higher net profit for our shareholders. All of this puts us in a position to propose a dividend increase of more than 19%. The dividend would rise to EUR 0.80 per Class A share.
A closer look at the business environment reveals the loss of momentum around us. While the global GDP decreased only slightly, we saw a decrease of 60
