Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to this Konecranes' press and media and analyst conference. My name is Minna Aila, I'm the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs at Konecranes. I have today with me our Chairman of the Board, Christoph Vitzthum; our CFO and interim CEO and President, Teo Ottola; and our appointed new CEO as of first of February, Rob Smith.
