Good morning. I hope you enjoyed the music, and welcome to the Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders of Martinrea International Inc. My name is Rob Wildeboer. I'm the Executive Chair of the company, and the Board of Directors of the company has delegated to me the authority to lead the meeting of shareholders today.
Before we begin, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce certain members of the company's senior executive management team and Board of Directors who are joining us today remotely. Presenting with me today are Pat D'Eramo, President and CEO and director nominee; as well as our CFO, Fred Di Tosto. Also present with us today is Kerri Pope, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
