I'm pleased to Chair this meeting as a member of the Board of Directors of your company, especially designated for this purpose by the Board in accordance with Article 19 of the Articles of Association. Due to COVID-19 crisis, I've led your Board of Directors to convene this shareholders' meeting behind closed doors in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance of the 25th of March 2020, extended by the decree of the 9th of March '21.
