Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to our 2021 full year results conference. Before we start, please allow me to briefly introduce you to our exceptional setup with all 3 Board members present. Kristian Brok, our COO, has been on Board since the beginning of 2020 and was thus the only Executive Board member present throughout the whole last turbulent year of 2021. Karl Haider assumed his position as CEO at Semperit this year January. And finally, as you might be aware, although I have been involved in key issues of the Semperit Group as a member of the Supervisory Board for a long period, I was permanently appointed CFO in 2021.
