Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Soitec H1 '24 Results Conference. I'm Pierre Barnabe, Soitec CEO and I'm very pleased to be with you today, along with Lea Alzingre, our CFO; and Steve Babureck, our SVP Strategy.

This presentation contains a disclaimer. Please read it carefully. We have a lot to cover today. I will share the main highlights and drivers behind our H1 '24 performance, and Lea will address the financials. Let's start with the highlights of our first semester.

In H1 '24, we delivered a financial performance in line with our expectations. Revenue reached EUR 401 million, down 15% year-on-year, as we had announced at the beginning of the fiscal year. This temporary pause in our strong growth trajectory reflects the inventory digestions
