Good morning, everyone, and thanks for dialing into the call this morning. With me on the call today, I have Julio Costa, our COO; and our new Chief Financial Officer, Stephen Wells. Stephen is an experienced finance executive with almost 25 years of broad financial expertise built up across institutional and investment banking, resources and international financial services.
