Morning, everybody, and welcome to the SRE trading update for the 6 months to 30th of September 2019.
As you know, we are planning to announce our interim results on Monday, November 25, and this update is very much a precursor to that.
I'm delighted to share with you a number of highlights, including strong occupier demand, the fact that we, in the period, completed our joint venture with AXA Investment Managers. That joint venture was originally announced in February but completed in the period.
We are sharing with you some new news this morning, which is we've managed to extend the existing bank facility from EUR 64 million to EUR 180 million of
