Good morning, everyone. My name is Tarun Gupta, CEO and MD. Welcome to Stockland's Full Year Financial Results Update for 2021. It's great to connect with you in this new role, and I look forward to our catch-ups over the coming days.
We're coming to you from Sydney that is currently subject to COVID-19 health restrictions.
