Good morning, and welcome to Uponor Corporation's third quarter result briefing. My name is Jyri Luomakoski, I'm the President and CEO of the company. And with me in the studio today, we have Minna Yrjönmäki, our CFO, who joined Uponor in August; and Susanna Inkinen, our VP of Corporate Communications, who will be helping with the questions you will be submitting over the webcast application.
A couple of highlights into the third quarter. Top line, EUR 292.4 million, which is in like-for-like structure. There were divestitures done impacting the comparison numbers, so like-for-like in constant currency terms, 1.6% organic growth; and operating profit or comparable OP, EUR 31.3 million, and that's 12.3% above the comparable structure a year ago in the
