Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Jagi Gill, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Viveon Health Acquisition Corp. and Chairman of this meeting. Before we proceed with the formal business of the annual meeting, I would like to introduce you to the other members of the Board who are with us virtually, today: Rom Papadopoulos, who also serves as our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Viveon; Jim Logothetis; Brian Cole; and Doug Craft.
