Thank you, Madame, and good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to our third quarter 2023 results call. I'm joined this afternoon as usual, by our Investor Relations Executive, Martino Da Rio, and by our brand new CFO, Roberto Ferrari, who we welcome to the bank and to this call, and you might hear a little bit later on. I'll go straight to the presentation, Page 4, where we have the executive summary. So we have net income in third quarter of 2023 of EUR 34 million over 9 months, we posted EUR 125 million net income, that's plus 18% year-on-year.
Loan loss provisions are at EUR 15 million. That includes EUR 6 million on a structured finance position that's gone to UTP. And we have stable management
