Good morning, everybody, and welcome. I'm Michael Stanley, CEO of Cairn Homes. And with me on the call today, our Head of Finance, Ian Cahill; and our Head of Investor Relations, Declan Murray. The presentation will take approximately 20 minutes and will be followed by questions from those on the call.
On behalf of everyone at Cairn, I'm very pleased to be presenting a strong set of results for the half year. Behind the numbers is a very busy operation from design, planning, construction and sales. We've made considerable progress against each of our operational markers in the first half, and this is down to many factors.
