He wants to encourage manufacturing in America. He wants Americans to put more solar panels on their roofs. China has 80% of the world's solar panel manufacturing. And as a colleague of mine who lives in Singapore and Vietnam is involved in the industry, he said to me -- my God, where are they going to get all the silica sand from?
