So firstly, hello, and welcome to Energy Action's 2021 Full Year Results Presentation. I'm Bruce Macfarlane. And as you might have seen this morning, the Board announced that John Huggart has resigned as CEO, and I'm now leading our business as acting CEO. I've got to thank John for his contribution to Energy Action. I've known John for a long time, and I want to wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
We've also announced Nitin's retirement from the Board. Nitin has been with the Board for a long time and made a big contribution to the company. So I wish him luck and thank him for his guidance and support. I'm personally excited to take over the reins of the company even if it's for just a short time.
