During the first quarter adjusted PBT decreased 18% and adjusted revenue decreased 4% from the same quarter of a year before.

It offers yoga clothing, yoga mats, fitness clothing, workout videos, gym bags, meditation and other fitness-related services.

Royce is the company's largest shareholder among the gurus with 8.13% of outstanding shares followed by Simons with 1.16%.
