Vipshop (VIPS, Financial) continues to diversify its active users in online discount inventory clearances aimed at younger consumers. Although the average value of each purchase is lower, the volume increase generally offsets this, and appears to be leading to a broader business offering. The company is also increasingly selling more seasonal products as well as discounted product as its distribution reach grows.
