DDR Corp is an American real estate investment trust company that owns and manages value-oriented open air retail shopping centers in the United States and Puerto Rico. Tenants include Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, PetSmart, and Michaels. It operates in 40 continental U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

First Solar Inc. is an American company that manufactures solar panels and provides utility scale photovoltaic power plants. The company also provides supporting services that include finance, construction, maintenance, and solar panel recycling. The company uses cadmium telluride as a semiconductor for its solar panels, competing successfully with conventional crystalline silicon technology.

First Solar Inc. has a market cap of $2.82 billion; its shares were traded around $27.10 with and P/S ratio of 0.96.

On March 30 First Solar Inc. announced that it has completed the sale of the cash equity interests of 250 Megawatt Moapa Southern Paiute Solar Project in Nevada to global private asset manager Capital Dynamics. The facility is located on the Moapa River Indian Reservation approximately 30 miles north of Las Vegas and is the first-ever utility-scale solar power plant to be built on tribal land. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
