The biggest detractor from the Fund’s performance in the first quarter was NCC Group plc (LSE:NCC). The U.K.-based company, which provides security software and consulting services, issued a second profit warning and the CEO stepped down. Our conviction regarding the company’s long-term prospects has waned and we sold our shares.
