Tax reform uncertainty and a lower estimate for oil demand from the International Energy Agency pushed stocks lower on Tuesday. The House is likely to vote on a tax bill this week and the Senate continues to work on its version of a tax bill.

- The NFIB Small Business Optimism Index increased to 103.8 from 103.0.
- The Producer Price Index increased 0.4% for the month and 2.8% for the year.
