National Grid PLC (NYSE:NGG), Korea Electric Power Corp. (NYSE:KEP), Campbell Soup Co. (NYSE:CPB) and Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR) have declined to their three-year lows.

National Grid PLC (NYSE:NGG) declined to $57.58

The prices of National Grid PLC (NYSE:NGG) shares have declined to $57.58 on Jan. 12, which is only 1.6% above the three-year low of $56.63.

National Grid PLC is a British international electricity and gas utility company. Its main activities are in the United Kingdom and Northeastern United States. The company had a market capitalization of £40.4 billion in 2016. The company is also a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.

The company is divided into three divisions: the simple meals division, the baked snacks division, which consists of Pepperidge Farm and the health beverage division, which includes V8 juices.

The prices of Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE:AKR) shares have declined to $25.39 on Jan. 12, which is only 0.2% above the three-year low of $25.35.

Acadia Realty Trust is an American equity real estate investment trust that focuses on delivering growth via both its core and fund operating platforms. The company has a concentration of assets in important urban and street-retail corridors such as those in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Boston.

Acadia Realty Trust has a market cap of $2.13 billion; its shares were traded around $25.39 with a P/E ratio of 36.34 and P/S ratio of 8.92.
